We want you to feel confident with every purchase. If anything isn’t quite right, we’re here to make things easy.


Quality Check Before Shipping

To ensure you receive exactly what you expect, every order comes with a Quality Check Video before shipping.
We will only ship your order after you confirm the QC video.
If you are not satisfied after viewing the video, you may request a full refund immediately — no questions asked.


Orders Held by Customs

If your package is held by customs and you do not successfully receive the goods, we will arrange to reship your order or issue a full refund.
You may choose the option that works best for you.


Defective or Faulty Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery.
We will issue a replacement or refund. You will be responsible for reasonable ground shipping fees.

Note: Refunds may not be approved if the item continues to be used after the defect is discovered.


Incorrect Items Received

If you receive the wrong item, please return it and we will send the correct replacement at no additional cost.


Promotional & Bundle Items

If you return part of a bundle or promotional offer, the refund will cover only the returned items, minus any discount value or free-gift cost applied in the promotion.


Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
If there is a price difference, we will refund or request the balance.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchange orders.


Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The item was damaged after use (repair may be available at your cost).

  • The item has been washed, worn, or altered.

  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery (except customs-held orders).

  • The package was rejected by customs due to reasons related to the recipient.


Refund Timing for International Orders

For international orders, especially credit card refunds, please allow 2 weeks to 3 months, depending on your bank’s processing timeline.


How to Return Your Order

  1. Contact our customer service before sending anything back.

  2. Repack the item securely, preferably in the original packaging.

  3. Include all tags, packaging, and accessories. Missing components may result in a small deduction.

  4. Ship the item to the return address provided by our team.
