Q1: How many quality grades are there in the market?
A: Honestly, all those fancy grade names you hear—like 5A, 8A, OEM—are mostly made up. There’s no real standard. Sellers can basically call their products whatever they want, and most will just say they’re selling the “best quality.” The truth is, different factories make different stuff, and even different batches from the same factory can turn out a bit different.
Q2: Are you a factory?
A: Nope. Shops that sell all kinds of products are not factories. As a retail customer, you usually don’t get to deal with factories directly—and factories rarely deal with individual retail buyers anyway.
Q3: Why can’t I always get the highest-quality version of the product I want? A: A few reasons:
Your favorite style might be pretty niche, so not many factories make it. Even if they do, the “best” batch might still just be average quality
Sometimes sellers take your money for a higher-quality version but end up sending you a lower one instead.
Q4: How can I actually get the quality version I want?
A: Always ask for a Quality Check (QC) video before they ship, and make sure your name or label is in it. That way, you know the product in the video is exactly what you’ll get, and it’s not just a random photo or video from the internet.
